Guava Cake

To make a yummy Guava Cake, thanks to Interfoods’ guava pulp, follow this recipe:


2 cups of sugar

1 cup of butter

4 eggs

1 cup of Interfoods’ guava pulp

½ cup of guava juice

3 cups of cake flour

1 tablespoon ground nutmeg

1 ¼ tablespoons of baking powder

¼ tablespoon ground cloves

¼ tablespoon of powdered cinnamon


Preheat oven to350°F. Grease and flour cake pan.

Sift flour, nutmeg, baking powder, powdered cinnamon and cloves, all together.

In another bowl, mix Interfoods’ guava pulp, as well as the guava juice.

In another bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one by one. Add the flour mix and the guava pulp mix, until you obtain a creamy consistency. Pour the mix into the cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Let the Guava Cake cool down, and serve.
